We want you to absolutely love every item you receive. If something doesn’t sparkle quite right, we’ll gladly help you fix it.
Easy Returns: At joyhomelife, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, maybe a product arrives damaged, or it’s not quite what you expected. If this happens, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Just send us:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the issue
- A short description of what went wrong

Once we receive your message, we’ll review it within 1–2 business days and offer you a solution, usually a replacement or full refund.
Eligibility for Returns: To ensure a smooth return process, please note:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Please include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
🕯️ Note: We cannot accept returns for items due to personal preference, incorrect size/color choice, or postal delays beyond our control, especially during the busy Christmas season when shipping carriers experience higher demand.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval.
Approved refunds will be:
- Returned to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us, we’ll be happy to assist and confirm the status.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons. These include:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or digital download items
- Seasonal decorations that have been used or displayed

Order Cancellations: We know Christmas shopping excitement can make you act fast, and we ship fast too!
If you’d like to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, most orders have already been processed or shipped, and cancellations can’t be guaranteed.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can still reach out to us, we’ll do our best to help or provide guidance on returning the item once it arrives.
