  • A clear photo or short video demonstrating the issue or defect.
  • A brief description of the problem.

Once received, our technical support team will review your request within 1–2 business days to authorize a replacement or a full refund.


3. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth experience, please note the following requirements:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (including all cables, manuals, and accessories).
  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Note: We cannot accept returns based on personal preference change, incorrect color/model selection by the customer, or minor shipping delays caused by global logistics carriers.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Method: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us so we can investigate the status for you.


5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Order Cancellations

  • After the 12-hour window, most orders have already been dispatched to our logistics partners and cannot be intercepted.
  • If your order has already shipped, you may still initiate a standard return once the package arrives.
